Carol LaVerdiere

Co-Founder & Certified Professional Dog Trainer

Carol is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Dog Trainers (CAPDT), certified in canine first aid and co-founder of Eternal Canine. She brings 5 years of professional experience in the dog training field.

With a lifelong love of dogs, Carol's journey into dog training began later in life as a second career. Inspired by working through challenges with her own dogs, she discovered the power of patience, understanding and clear communication. These experiences sparked her passion for helping other pet guardians build stronger, happier relationships with their canine family members.

For the past few years, Carol has had the privilege of working with dogs and their families in both class settings and private training sessions. These experiences have helped her support dogs of all personalities while giving guardians the tools and confidence they need to build a calmer, happier life together.

Sherri Aldworth

Co-Founder & Certified Professional Dog Trainer

Sherri is a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA), a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Dog Trainers (CAPDT), certified in canine first aid and co-founder of Eternal Canine.

Sherri has gained hands-on experience as a trusted pet sitter and dog walker for friends and family since she was a child. This lifelong involvement and love of animals inspired her to pursue a professional focus on understanding canine behaviour, and a commitment to volunteer work to improve the lives of animals.

She has volunteered at the OSPCA as a dog walker, and for a local dog rescue, providing a stable foster home for dogs in need. This work has supplied valuable experience working with and training dogs of many backgrounds, temperaments, and behavioural challenges.

Sherri has enjoyed pursuing the professional side of dog training over the past few years, working privately with clients to help dogs and their humans communicate effectively and build rewarding, lasting relationships.
